GloMat combines 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light in a flexible format designed to position the light close to the body. Rather than building your routine around a rigid panel, simply unfold the mat, settle in and make light therapy part of recovery, stretching or downtime.

HOW TO USE
Unfold GloMat on a flat, stable surface and connect the controller. Select your preferred timer and light mode, then lie directly on the mat or position it as directed for your chosen session.
Red Glo Labs recommends beginning with shorter sessions if you're new or sensitive to light or warmth. Avoid looking directly at the LEDs; protective eyewear may be used where appropriate.
